storageo.com is provided solely for the use of current and potential storageo customers to interact with storageo and may not be used by any other person or entity, or for any other purpose. Specifically, all shipping, tracking, rating, receiving storageo invoices and remitting payment using electronic funds transfer ("EFT"), drop-off location, and other information and services may only be used by current and potential storageo customers for their own shipments. Use of storageo.com to provide information to or prepare shipments by or for the benefit of third party shippers is expressly prohibited.

The use of automated dial-in or inquiry devices to obtain information through storageo.com is strictly prohibited.

storageo does not accept ideas, concepts, or techniques for new services or products through storageo.com. If such information is received, it will not be considered confidential and storageo will be deemed free to use, communicate and exploit such information in any manner it chooses.

3 storageo.com Login Registration

You may choose to register on storageo.com to access interactive features on storageo.com. storageo.com Login provides you with access to Storage Manager at storageo.com and other online services. The availability of these services may vary. In the future, storageo may add other features that may be accessed through storageo.com Login. In such event, previously registered users will not be required to re-register.

By registering on storageo.com, You agree to provide accurate and current information about Yourself as prompted by the storageo.com Login Registration pages and maintain and promptly update Your online profile information to keep it accurate and current.

Some storageo.com services are being made available to customers based in some areas and not others. You agree to register only for storageo.com services offered on the storageo.com website for the area in which your storageo account is based. For example, if your storageo account is based in Canada, you will register for services offered on storageo.com/ca and not for services offered on storageo.com/us.

When you register using storageo.com Login Registration, you will select a user ID and password. 11 Refund Policy

Storageo will only issue refunds on credit card payments in cases of fraud or at storageo's discretion. Requests for Refunds should be made no later than 30 days after the payment posts to the customer's account. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be refunded.

A valid reason is required for refund. In cases of fraud, the customer must submit a signed affidavit from the bank or the agency issuing the credit card. We are typically more inclined to refund payments where fraud can easily be determined. But we do not accommodate users of storageo that ask for a refund upon completing the payment entry and deciding that the payment should have been on a different card.

12 Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their Storageo month-to month plan at any time by requesting and paying for the shipping charges to have their items returned to them. All storage fees through the term of this contract shall be paid by the customer prior to the release of customer's items when he requests cancellation of his month-to month term, or of any renewal term. Storageo shall be entitled to retain possession of any and all deposits until such amounts are paid.

13 Shipping and Delivery Policy

Currently we only offer our services within the United States of America (except APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and A.P.O./FPO addresses). When placing your order, the customer can see both shipping time and cost estimates in the shopping cart before he completes the chekcout. Shipping costs depend upon the method and option that the customer chooses.

Storageo is not and shall not be deemed a contract or common carrier. Storageo may, at its sole discretion, employ third-party courier services for the delivery or pickup of Deposits or may require Depositor to employ a third-party courier service for the delivery or pickup of Deposits. Storageo is not responsible for damages caused by any third-party courier.

The courtesy rate reflected by the Courtesy Rate Quote on Storageo.com, if shown, may be different than the actual charges for Your shipment. Differences may occur based on actual weight, dimensions, and other factors. Consult the applicable FedEx Service Guide or the FedEx Rate Sheets for details on how shipping charges are calculated.
